What the hell, dumpling? What nurse told you that? Of course there are muscles, they are UNDERNEATH the breast and are called Pectorals. Any exercises guys do to strengthen their pecs will tone yours. You probably wont gain any mass, and the lift will be slight, but if you think that it's worth it, go right ahead.
