my ink cartridge will not center when I press the button, and when I copy the pages are blank.
Power off your printer.
Uninstall the printer driver
Unplug the printer's power source.
Plug it back in and power the printer back up.
Reinstall the printer driver.
Run a cartridge cleaning cycle and print a test page to make sure the cartridges are working properly.
You can either move it manually if you want to change your cartridge. Make sure it's off if you do that. When you switch it on, it should be working fine...
If there is a need for repair, just go buy a new one. Printers nowadays are dirt cheap:)
Short answer: Buy a new one.
You can try moving it yourself, but it is most likely broken to the point of no repair.
Unfortunately, printers these days are just not worth servicing.
Unless you have a business or high end laser or wide format Inkjet then it will not be cost effective.
