I'm a 22 year old female. Last night I noticed a tender area on the back right side of my head, my lymph node was swollen. This morning all of the lymph nodes behind my ears, along my neck, towards my collar bone, a little under my chin an behind my head. Basically all on my head an neck area, as well as very tender!!! I went to an urgent care and the girl told me it was probably otitis media... Just didnt think that many lymph nodes could swell from that!! Could it e anything else? I've been reading online mono or tonsillitis but my throat hasn't been tat sore just a bit scratchy. Been feeling a little tired with low grade fever but no other symptoms. Any other ideas?
