It's been over a month and I check my lymph nodes everyday and they are swollen for apparently no reason. I have been getting a lot of headaches and I've been experiencing spells of dizziness and vertigo more frequently. I also have had extreme fatigue and every morning when I'm trying to et up my muscles feels really achey. I also found that I have a lump on my spine that has been there for over two weeks and it hurts when I press it. I thought it was a bruise at first but it hasn't improved I've been keeping an eye on it. I can 't go to the doctor for at least two more weeks cause I smoked weed two weeks ago so if they get a blood test I'm scared it'll show up... Any thoughts on what this might be???

It is hard to pinpoint the source of this swollen lymph node, fatigue, and a lump on your spine. The signs besides the lump on the spine may point to mononucleosis, but you cannot confirm that without a blood test. Your doctor will not test you for marijuana unless he specifically asks for that test. Your best bet is to be honest with him/her if you are nervous. It is very important to get tested or seen by your doctor as soon as possible especially because you have been experiencing symptoms for an extended period of time. Please heed this recommendation and see your doctor ASAP!

Hey man, curious on what it turned out to be? I am experiencing the same with put the spine lump. Hope to hear from you! Hope all is well!
I think it's a thyroid problem. They won't test for weed for a lump - they have no reason to.
