Both of my under arms, have these little marble feeling things when I feel inside them. I have no idea, i was recently sick with the flu/cold a couple of weeks back, but they are still there and it's been 3+ weeks, I had a complete blood count test, all came back normal, tested for gonorhea, chylmydia, hiv all came back negative (haven't had sex in sex months and when i did it was with a condom) I just need to test for syphillis still, but other than that I have no idea what it could, be, I know ppl say go to the doctor, but I thought i'd ask here to see if the thought it could be anything.. I'm 22 years old, don't drink, smoke, straight male, and don't do drugs. Also, I have a tooth abscess or whatever it's called and I don't know if that is contributing to some kind of infection, but that has also been bothering, and I take good care of my mouth.
Update:Lastly, when I went for my physical about 3 weeks ago, I told the doctor, and she felt inside, and she said she couldn't feel anything, but why is it I can feel them when I press deep inside my armpit?

Lymph nodes are a normal part of our anatomy, it is possible that you are feeling your lymph nodes, however they aren't actually swollen.
Enlarged lymph nodes in both axillary regions could mean anything from mononucleosis, HIV seroconversion syndrome, toxoplasmosis, tuberculosis, syphilis, leukemia, lymphoma etc etc. However, in the absence of any other symptoms, it's likely that you are simply feeling normal lymph nodes.
Without a physical exam, I can't guarantee that answer, so the only way to be sure is getting a second opinion for peace of mind, as I can see that this is an issue for you.
You should bring it to your doctor's attention
Take second opinion.
