Tax refund for school receipt?
I studied Certified Nursing Assistant in a private school and paid $1200 I applied the receipt in my tax employer including my tax from my previous job my employer said I can't add the receipt from where I studied because its a private school my employer said I can only apply it if I study in community college whatttttt? is this for real? please answer me if this is True?

you can apply this cost as misc deductions on your Sch A if this is education you are pursuing to improve your current occupation nursing skills
That is true. CNA classes are not real school. You can only get a refund from an approved college or university.
