Mine just says "diagnose internet connection" when I try to access WMR, and then when I try to use IRS2Go app, it says can't get information, and 1800# is the same 1/31 generic.
I have netspend (which deps. 2 days earlier) and still havent seen the money, so I'm concerned that a lot of us with the 1/31 generic date may not be getting our money tomorrow, or I would've already had it.

Yes - it was down yesterday and now today nothing but a white screen. Try the 800 number. Good luck.
I am getting a white screen too that says :
No data received
