My sister in law had one she was terrified she was convinced she lost it with all the blood she lost but when she went for another scan there was the little heartbeat.. Their little girl is nearly 2 now so try not to worry you'll be fine..

I suggest you stay at bed rest and wait for your next follow up. I had the same issue with my first and ended with a misscariage. Best wishes take care
