I've had a type of a stomach ulcer for three years now. The doctors have given me a few anti acids but those don't help at all. I've tried mastic gum since people say it works better. It worked for a day or two and then had no effect after that. I keep my diet salt free and stay off junk food or too much fat. People also suggest baking soda. Will that help at all does anyone have any experience with that? What if I get sick off it? Because of this problem I am not able to work long shifts or take more classes in my day since I have to eat every two hours. It is putting my on a leash and I am too afraid to go anywhere for too long since I have to eat so often. Even if it feels like I don't have any stomach acid in there I still get hungry and it feels like being punched in the stomach while its completely empty while starving. It's very uncomfortable. I've read that there's a certain type of honey that can help as well. Does anyone have any experience with that?

2 things happened to you: 1) if you have habit when you sit down, you lean to your left, which cause your spinous process turn to right, which pinches t-5/t-6 nerve, which go to the stomach, cause produce more acid/HCL stop leaning to one side your problem is solved. 2. if you don't eat butter/ olive oil or/and meat you will be hungry fast. add butter/olive oil in you diet, will last longer without eating.
