I'm sixteen, and I have horrendous eyes, bags and all. They were cause by depression/lack of sleep a couple of years ago, and now they wont go away. Both of my parent have bags(albeit theyre older and have sickness/work related stress). Are there any creams, homemade masks, massages, foods, or anything that'll work for sure to reduce them at least a little?

1. Cut two slices of cucumber, place in ice cold water for 10 minutes and place them on your closed eyelids for 10 more minutes. The cool cucumber soothes your eyes. Closing and resting your eyes also helps reduce soreness.
2. Tea contains bioflavonoids that fight viral and bacterial infections and can help reduce inflammation. Put a moist green or black teabag on the affected eye for several minutes. Repeat several times a day. If your eye is swollen, moisten the teabag with cool water. The tannic acid in the tea will soothe the itching. A weak solution of tea may be used as an eyewash.
3. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Intake of extra fluids helps to keep the eyes hydrated.
If you really want to get out your bags and dark circles under the eyes then you have to follow some rules such as:
• First of all you have to complete your sleep. You have to remove your all eye makeup before going to bed.
• You should have a healthy diet containing green vegetables, milk, vitamin A and more.
• You have to avoid stress. Relaxing might be helps you to improve your skin.
• You have to place a slice of cucumber over each eye.
• You have to avoid smoking and intake of alcohol.
• You can also apply cool tea bags over the eyes.
• You also have to use ice cubes to get rid of eye puffiness. Wrap an ice cube in a soft cloth and put this cubes over your each eye.
