Unemployment in Michigan?
I filed an online claim and followed all steps. Now EUI is claiming that I never filed and penalizing me a week of my benefits for 'not' filing. I wondered if anyone has any knowlege of how to prove I filed online.

If you printed out a copy of your application before hitting "submit" or a similar button, that would be useful.
You might try contacting the office of your state representative or state senator. You can talk with a reference librarian at your local library if you need help figuring out who that person is and how to contact him/her. They have staff people who will help with matters like this.
