I was wondering... in Scotland for example you don't have to pay your studies at a university, you give it back after you finish, it under some conditions.

Are there in Austria any universities like this?

If not how much do you pay/year?

I am from the EU and I want to study Psychology( maybe with Criminology too). What university do you think is best? Which one is closer to Wien?
