I'm in dire need of a new phone. Mine is broken and I'm afraid it's about to stop working.
I have an available upgrade for my Voyager, I could get it replaced because it's broken, or I can get a discount on a new phone without buying a new plan.
I text A LOT. It's how I get in touch with family and friends, so I need to have a keyboard.
I don't want to pay too much for it.
It can't be too delicate or small.
I don't want a terribly ugly phone.
It must be Verizon.

Right now the best deals for full Qwerty phones with Verizon are the Samsung Intense, The Samsung Alias 2, and the Motorola Rival.
However, I typically recommend the ENV3, or ENV Touch if you don't mind having to charge your phone on nearly a daily basis. The Rogue is my personal favorite, and it's 199 with a 100 Mail in Rebate, and it requires a 10$ data plan.
If you think your phone is dying, I would recommend at least backing up your contacts so you don't lose them if it happens. Do this via BackUp Assistant, found in Media Center>Browse and Download>Get New Apps>Best Sellers.

Think about this: you'll be spending ALOT of time with your phone esp you. So its worth it to spend a little extra for something thats such a big part of your life.
the ENV series is good =)
just a heads up... if you're interested in the envtouch, it's on sale for $79.99 plus free overnight shipping until midnight tonight.
my suggestion is the alias 2. i have it and i absolutely love it. it costs $49.99. if you're not thrilled about its appearance you can always buy a cute snap on cover for it. there are tons on ebay.
