Volvo S40 2008 RDesign 1.8 Sport...17MPG?
Hi Everyone,
I have a Volvo S40 1.8 Sport RDesign, yes I am a little heavy right footed, but certainly not all the time. I only seem to be getting 17mpg ish... On the Web it says this car does 28 MPG.
Surely thats very low for a car that is only 2008 model. Most of driving is town driving!

If the web says 28mpg, that probably the 'combined cycle' figure. Town driving would be about 50% of that.
But for comparison, my Saab 1.8, 2007 model, I get 40mpg in town. My 3.5 Range Rover delivered 20mpg on my commute.
