Wonderful. The quinoa is the best grain so you got a lot of nutrients. Spinach is a super green so you can't go wrong there. 4 oz of chicken is perfect since you also had the quinoa. Keep it up and make sure to use the site I gave you to help you to prepare meals.
I personally would have skipped the grain and added olive oil, Shitake mushrooms, lemon juice, Cilantro and scallions.
But, it sounds like a balanced little dinner and wouldn't harm you in any way. The grain may be beneficial if you're trying to feel full so you won't become starving and be tempted to binge later on. If one consumes carbs, they will crave carbs. I feel better and stay leaner when I skip all grain, bread, rice and pasta. But some people feel the need to consume a starch or grain with meals. If that's you..then have at it. Since adding vegetables or fresh greens to dishes add nutrients and flavor..I would go that route.
You could even split that 4 oz. of chicken, having the other half tomorrow. Adding more spinach and other vegetables will help to reduce the calories.
sounds balanced and delicious although it kinda depends on what you ate earlier in the day. try to eat a hearty breakfast, medium sized lunch, and smaller dinner with snacks in between. don't eat after 6 or 7 pm.. get enough of each food group :)
