Okay so I get this pain in my shoulder; it's not like from the top radiating down but rather in the side as if I were punched. The pain appears when I drive and when I staple papers continuously. It's only in my right shoulder which makes sense when I staple because that's my dominate arm, but why when I drive since I use two hands? Any ideas?
