You need to get yourself to a doctor the numbness and speech issues are not migraine symptoms.
I have had migraines all my life and done a lot of research on them and never seen any stating those as symptoms.
Yes you may very well have migraines but they could be getting triggered by another problem which should be looked at by your doctor.
You should first of all tell your parents, then go to a dr, it doesn't sound right. It might be just a migraine but it could be neurological as well.
