Pp v Milan, AC
The Charge: Valid?? A Valid Goal? Validity of Milan's 2 Goals
Judgement:
Definition of goal: When the whole of the ball, crosses over the line between the goalposts, provided no infringement (by the attacking team), occurred prior to the goal.
Procedure for a valid goal: After scoring, the goal is validated when the ball is brought back to the center circle, and the team which conceded the goal, restarts the game by playing the ball forward.
Looking at the goals scored by Milan, it is clear that the method of scoring and restarting, were correctly applied.
Accordingly, your appeal is rejected.

Hon. Justice Romanis
Pirlo's goal was legit. Being in an offside position does not necessarily constitute an "offside offense". If you are not involved in "active play" while in an offside position, there is no violation. Read the FIFA laws of the game. The following is taken directly from FIFA Law 11:
"A player in an offside position is only penalised if, at the moment the ball touches or is played by one of his team, he is, in the opinion of the referee, involved in active play by:
* interfering with play or
* interfering with an opponent or
* gaining an advantage by being in that position."
I believe Kaka and Seedorf, perhaps even Maldini were offside when Oddo made his pass and when Pirlo made his run, but neither of them were "gaining an advantage by being in that position". The goal is legal because only Pirlo needed to start his run from an onside position, which he did.
Kaka's penalty, however, was a bad decision. Lucio got the ball first. The tackle was totally clean, no penalty.
Still, Gilardino's disallowed goal should have been counted. He started his run from an onside position when the pass was made.
I am a Milan fan.
1st goal: I saw one player offside, should have been disallowed
Penalty: Looked to me like the bayern player got Kaka, the announcer disagreed with me.
But ultimately, one good thing about matches being 90 minutes long is that referees aren't perfect. Bad calls are bound to happen, and it's up to the teams to take the decision out of the ref's hands.
Poshto mrzim Milan,navijacu za Bayern!
it was kinda sad the 1st goal ok but the refs called a bad call but nobody is perfect
And what about Gila's goal,it was correct and refs didn't approve it!!
Arshan,u stupid freak,why don't u get a life,buy a brain and stop talking sh!t about Milan!!U r very annoying!
i watched the game and no they werent valid cos bayern had the victory but they were cheated
