my last period was June 26th and it lasted about 5 or 6 days. i've only had it for a year so they are very irregular....so its been about 26 days since my last period and today i went to the bathroom and saw brownish/clear discharge. but i don't have sore boobs or PMS symptoms like i usually do before it. what does it mean?. A brownish discharge is old blood. A short period and brownish discharge may be pregnancy related and implantation bleeding.If it is implantation bleeding it is too early to do a pregnancy test. You will need to see your doctor for a blood test.It may also be caused by a hormonal imbalance or pre-menopausal.
