i sometimes feal really weak when ive been out in the sun or something like that. like i feel out of energy and i feel like ima throwup, and dizzy. i can barely keep my head up. and i cant really see that good. like purple or red, and i feal weak tired and it happend when i was playing football, at myt grandmas funeral, at school, and at cancun. how can i fix this or prevent it?. Are you eating enough and drinking enough water every day? You could be seriously dehydrated. Keep track of what you've been eating and drinking for at least a week. If your symptoms don't go away after increasing your fluid (water) intake, then see your doctor.
