Some say it's not the right size for you since the bunch is excess fabric.If, its a new pair, maybe you should get a size smaller or bigger that fits perfectly everywhere. Also, when buying jeans, its best to pick one not yet tried on cos as its been worn, the fabric stretches. If its an old one, it may just be that it has been washed one, too many times and this has caused the formerly perfect jeans to become imperfect.
