I am reading a recipe but it is from another country and im struggling to understand some of the directions. What is 80/90 degrees centigrade in Degrees Fahrenheit?
to convert from celsius to fahrenheit, take the temp in C and multiply it by 1.8, then add 32 and you have the temp in fahrenheit. so the 80 C is 176 F and the 90 C is 194 F

Here is a simple formula:
5°F = 9°C +160…
Obviously just move the 160 to the other side of the equation (and change the sign) to solve for °C…
( 9°C = 5°F – 160 )
