There's so many blues solos I can't even begin to start. Guy, Clapton, BB King, Collins, Waters Vaughn and so on.
Try The Allman Bros, Soulshine with Derek Trucks and Warren Hayes giving all their heart out. You can feel it.
As far as rock, many songs with Tony Iommi, Page, Clapton, Gibbons, Walsh, Van Halen, there's way to many.
None of the stuff today tho, really, it's just got no feeling.

Anything Jimi Hendrix could play. He was awesome. Saw him perform when I was very much younger. It was acrobatics and acoustics.
the intro from "sweet child o' mine" by guns n' roses, with slash on guitar. because its freakin awesome that's why
