Since I had my first in a hospital and they provide next to everything you'll need I packed my bag I think a week before my due date. Which consisted of my toiletries and a sleeper for the baby to go home in.

Since I'll be going to a free-standing birth center this time around and need to bring A LOT more things that they don't provide, I'll probably have it ready by 37 weeks or so.

i said i was going to have my hospital bag packed by the time i was 32 weeks but i didn't start it until i was 34. i'm now 35 and if i went into labor i would be ready even tho it isn't 100% packed. there are a few things left on my list hat i need to get but it's basically done. when we went on our hospital tour the lady said we should have it ready by the time our due date is 8 weeks out.

i did mine at 36 weeks just to be on the safe side. for me it sounds funny now cause i am so over my due date. lol.
