Well my son isn't really a baby, but I will answer anyway :-)

Boy.

27 months old.

He was:

1.5 weeks when we held his own head.

4 months when he rolled over to his back - 5 months when he could roll over fully.

5.5 months when he could sit up.

6 months (exactly!) when he crawled.

5.5 months when he could hold his own bottle.

7.5 months when he started crusing.

11 months when he started walking (I think he could have done it earlier, but he was happy just 'crusing' lol).

8 months when he said his first word - Mum...yay!

8 months when he waved his hand (bye bye).

7 months when he clapped (he constantly clapped for like a month, and then hardly ever did it!).
