you have to have a license to get insurance, right now you are in the learning process so enjoy it while it lasts, since your parents are with you, you are under thier direct control, the day you get your license its a good idea to add you to thier policy, there is a disclaimer in the policy that pretty much explains it, they either need to exclude a new licensed driver, or include them on the policy.
