I wouldn't recommend adding the whole document to a single blog post for many reasons. There is no harm in cutting the text into "chapters" or "sections" of maybe 5-10 pages of your text in each post.

Huge walls of text are too much to load onto a single page. It will be very difficult to read in that form. I would never read 250 pages of text in one page--I would get lost far too easily. Think about how small your scroll bar would be with that amount of text! (pretty tiny!)

Another alternative is to upload the document as a Word of Text file to Mediafire, MegaUpload or ShareBee then post the link to the document in your blog (if you NEEDED to keep all of the 250 pages in one place)
