In business: men, since women are looked down upon for taking time off of work for child rearing and their physical cyclical patterns.
In relationships: women, since divorcing women are generally awarded custody of children, even if the man would be a more competent parent, and are allowed to "grow accustomed" to their lifestyles and demand alimony from their former husbands. Furthermore, it is a woman who decides whether or not to terminate an unwanted pregnancy.
In general society, women. Men today are merely forced feminine. We are denied our urges, denied our open sexuality because if we do as men have done for centuries, we are called perverts, sued for sexual harassment, or worse.
If a man's glance accidentally turns to a coworker woman's mammaries that are basically slumping over her cleavage, we are fired. If men complement them, they are lechers.
If men ruled society, women's place would be in the kitchen and in the bedroom. I'm not necessarily saying that it is a bad thing that we are no longer that way, but the United States is no longer a patriarchal, male-driven society.
