Which is better? Grapefruit or Oranges?
I know that a lot of people eat grapefruits for breakfast, and that they are healthy. But what's a better alternative? I HATE grapefruits, but i love oranges. Will that be just as healthy?

grapefruits are better..... try drinking a glass of grapefruit juice feely slowly with pinched sips. Try the J.O.N.A.S sparkling grapefruit drink (you can get it at rite aid and such.)
