I'm currently obtaining my Bachelor's of Science in Anthropology with only a semester to go; however, I'm wanting to stay in school and obtain a degree in nursing. My question is whether it would be more sensible to enroll at a community college and obtain my Associates in nursing? Or re-enroll at a university and obtain a second Bachelor's, in nursing?
--thanks
Update:thanks for the advice from all three of you. The decision is unanimous, and I figured that the Associate's would be the better option anyway. Thanks again!

I think you should obtain your Associates in Nursing take the Nclex and become a RN. It's cheaper and the salary difference between a Nurse with an associates and a Nurse with a BSN is miniscule.
I would say get your Associate degree first, Get in the field and start employment. You can always take online classes to get your BSN. After that, if you want a Master Degree, you can do that as well.
easy. get the associate's. the pay is about the same and your schooling costs/time is cut in half. most ***. degree trained rn's make better scores on the licensure exams too. i did this 15 years ago and it has served me well.
