which one is the BIOS/CMOS Chip so i can replace it? these are the names on the chip from the motherboard.

The BIOS chip is usually a small(ish) square chip with one corner cut off, about half an inch across. If it's in a socket then you can change it, otherwise without appropriate soldering equipment for such devices you can't. Obviously your new BIOS chip will have to be programmed before fitting otherwise the motherboard will be unusable. Why are you trying to change it? If it isn't damaged then it can be reprogrammed whilst on the board if you want to update it.
None of those the chip is 24C02 look it up at dell forums someone else asked the question there , i wouldn't dare replace the bios chip if it's working fine
