Protein is protein. I know many of these companies would have you believe differently. Whey is whey, some have a little more sugar than others. Unless the powder has an additive like creatine, HMB or Glutamine, (which neither of those do) they are the same.

You won't waste your money on protein, its simply calories.

all these product r crap.if u want the best protein shakes get something cheap that has pure protien and complex cars nd just add egg whites to them.and build up ur testosterone level and u would increase in size very quickly.do this by taking in zinc like in red meats.and work out ur legs.that increases ur testosterone level
