Well, since you're starting up its not like you can just choose your label like a hot shot free agent picking a team. If you're lucky enough to get noticed then sign with whoever is willing to sign you. If So Def and YMCMB both want you, then sign with YMCMB simply because you like it and you'll make lots of money. I personally would rather be independent than sign with YMCMB.
