Whichever suits the individuals. There is no such thing as one size fits all religion. otherwise there wouldnt have been so many sects and sub sects even within different religions .
Divine religions exist from time immemorial to guide man in his spiritual progress. Therefore, all religions are one and the same in the progressive Revelation of the One True God.
The most recent religion is the Baha'i Faith.
The Bahá'à Faith is an independent world religion. With more than five million adherents residing in over 124,000 localities, the Bahá'à Faith is established in 204 countries across the planet. The spiritual principles of the Bahá'à Faith affirm its overall purpose--to bring about the oneness of humanity. In cooperation with these same principles, Bahá'Ãs also believe that there is only one Creator and that the spiritual truth of all religions is the same. From a Bahá'à perspective, The Bahá'à Faith is the most recent of the world's great religions. It forms the next link in a chain of important, divine teachings, a progressive revelation that places Bahá'u'lláh, the founder of the Bahá'à Faith, as the Messenger of God for this age.
The best religious/spiritual path is the one that can provide knowledge of where you have been, what you are meant to be doing here and where is the best place to go after leaving the material body.
As eternal spirit souls our real home is in the spiritual world, but due to mis-use of free will we have chosen to exist separately from the Supreme and from the spiritual world, consequently we are temporarily covered with a gross material body that we falsely identify as ourselves and everything associated with this body to be objective reality.
The actual fact is that this material manifestation is a temporary one and in that context it is illusory, everyones material situation will one day be gone, therefore a person on the human platform of life will ask, "where will I go and why will I go there", this is human intelligence.
So the best process is the one that can liberate the living entity from this false temporary existence of life, whilst explaining who and what we are, who God is and how we can reconnect ourselves to the absolute nature of spiritual reality, instead of falsely accepting that we are separate from it, by viewing our material conditioning both gross and subtle as the substance of truth when it is merely the shadow.

I have read and examined a lot of spiritual texts including the Bible, Bhavigad Gita, Upanishads, Torah, Talmud, Zohar, Tibetan book of the dead, Tao Te Ching.....
I have been to church, temple, mosque and worshiped with Christains, Jews, Buddhists, Muslims and Hindus
After doing all this the book that I read about all this stuff that makes the most sense is Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now"
Buy the CD version of this book and listen to it slowly and meditate to it....it will help you understand the nature of religion and spirituality....and here’s a clue....there is a universal intelligence and whether you call it GOD or the source or whatever it doesn't matter...and here is another clue......you get to this source by looking within...not without.
This is a dangerous question. I believe that all religions unless it is a cult or a scam, offer answers to life's questions.
To say that one is better than another is to insult everyone else.
But people join churches because they think that that religion will be useful to them or else from purely social reasons. So it is Ok to believe that you have a good religion but stupid to go around saying my religion is better than yours.
It is Islam. It is the fastest growing in the world because it is logical and evidence based. It answers all the questions and solve all the problems. Muslims today are weak because they are not practicing Islam as they are supposed to but when they do the world will be a better place for all.
We chose religion as per our mental evolution. so each one's religion is best suited for him.
one medicine can not cure everyone's diseases.
However those religions which profess violence and try to spread like virus are certainly lower than others ...but those who follow them, are on lower mental evolution and they cant be blamed.
Mother nature decides, as per our spiritual and mental progress, which faith to follow
Well ...there are many religions in this world...i think any religion that comes from a human is not the best ..because a person cant make religion ,it has to come from God...all Prophets were sent to ask people to pray and worship one God...each religion was good in its period of time and ended because it was changed by people's hands ...but Islam ..it stayed like it came from God and the holy book(Qura'an ) stayed sacred and didn't change that's why it is the one to be followed now.,...as for Christianity and Judaism ...they ask to pray to one God but their holy books were changed and messages of them and what their prophets came to tell us all was changed....:)
As long as you find one that teaches you to have respect for all and to live a healthy constructive life and be kind to the people around you, it should be a good enough choice.

Good Luck and loving Blessings!!
there is no "better" religion, as there are so many people who follow different religions and each religion is the "best" one for them
