Who decides opening day uniforms?
I am curious as to who has input on all of the costumes that are created for the athletes for the opening ceremonies. I know that Ralph Lauren designed U.S.A but do they poll the athletes to find out their opinion or do they just take it upon themselves? Thank you so much for your answers!

Each countries Olympic committee hires another committee who gets feedback from historians, former athletes to show all that Countries essence and natural resources and they come up with a few different concepts and then they take a vote.
