Aren't they both dead? You don't really have a good basis for comparison. Which is more deadly, an ancient Greek Spartan soldier, or a modern soldier a few months out of basic training? Guess which one can kill more men? Weapons technology is not comparable. I contend that the ancient Greek is more deadly IF you can make everything else equal. But you cannot. So you cannot really compare the two.

However Newton was a master at latin. His formulated his equation of motion in latin.
