Okay so I started running like one or two miles a week and I am always hungry right after school so I pig out. Then Im not hungry for dinner but I still have some food. I eat oatmeal for breakfast and fruits for lunch, sometimes a peanut butter sandwhich. How can I stop eating after school? It makes me feel REALLY fat!

your metabolism is going faster the burning process accelerated it is natural try to eat small portions fruits veggie some lean protein 5 times a day try also a cup of milk it will keep your body satisfied for a longer time good job

it's your metabolism/digest rate! instead of eating a whole lot of big meals only a few times a day, have healthy snacks tht you enjoy on hand, say every 3 hours take a little healthy snack? that way you can build up ur metabolism and you won't feel as hungry, or fat since your food digests faster!
and when you go running, how long do you normally wait after eating before going? the recomended wait time is an hour or a 1/2 depending on your metabolism...
also! eating after school is normal ? maybe you've had a really stressed hard day of work, this causes the brain to send messages to your body saying it'd hungry nd needs food to compensate for the energy used.
Probably because you're expending more energy than usual so your body is calling out for more food.
