Have you noticed this: when you surf the web some sites won't allow you to go BACK, you are simply locked in place on their website, so annoying.
Why is this? Can't they write better html? Is this a bug or on puspose? Can this be banned?
PS: i have internet explorer 7 but i think the bug comes from websites not the browser. It seems on purpose

if you are spending more time on one page, then automatically sessions will expiry, if you hit back button it won't work,
there is nothing wrong with IE or your system,

It depends on the code of the webpage and how it works. Often applications/forms won't let you go back, because of how the code is loaded. They generally have a back button or the like somewhere within the page itself.
Sometimes you land on a page X that immediately forwards you to page Y.
If you tell your browser to go back one step, it goes back to X but you get forwarded to Y again.
