When I was a kid, 17 (20 now), I was put under a lot of pressure from my mom and x girlfriend and sometimes I would get so stressed and angry I had a feeling something bad would happen if I let go so my body would start to shut down and all my muscles would tighten up to the point where I couldn't breath or see or hear. Any ideas what happen?

When you're under stress your body produces chemicals which are designed to make you super strong & fast in the event of having to run or fight for your life. This is often referred to as your fight or flight mechanism.
If these chemicals remain unused, they become toxic & begin to make your body freeze. This would allow a camouflaged animal to remain so still as to be undetected by a predator without a good sense of smell.
Usually, when an animal has frozen, there comes a point where they can either run or fight to escape their predator. This uses up the chemicals by panic/shock.
If you've just been stressed & then stressed some more, all this toxin remains. The only way to release it is to run or fight as if your life depended on it whilst concentrating your mind on the event that caused this to happen. That can be a bit difficult as your mind will want to forget whatever stressed you, but there is a way forward.
You need peace & quiet to do some physical activity on your own without anyone near you. A good long & physically challenging walk or cycle ride, swimming, hitting a punch bag etc. will help. Even just painting a big area so as to obliterate whatever's under it is good. Just imagine the faces of mum & exGF & keep painting over wherever you imagine they are. It will take some 3-5 hours of really pushing yourself physically to start to achieve this benefit, but it will work. You will need to do much the same for every incident, letting it play over in your mind & use the anger it generates to make you push yourself some more.
It isn't going to be an easy solution for a start, but in the end you'll find you're really physically fit and the memory of those incidents will seem really stupid & insignificant. Not only that, you'll have found some activity to really enjoy & keep you fit in future.

i am 20 too, i dont have an answer but sometimes i pass out when the stress builds to high. i am really passive about everything but sometimes my head or body just shuts down completely and i black out sleeping for usually like 5 minutes or so. involuntarily
Sound like you're lacking energy. Take it slow and yes i think your sudden diet change is the cause
That sounds like a panic attack to me. It happens as a response to anxiety, when your brain isn't sure what to do. http://www.medicinenet.com/panic_disorder/article....
