I have a compact 5 disc cd player and for 3 Years it's worked great but for some of reason one of the left sides of the speakers that's connected to it sound distorted some times and other times theirs no sound at all I checked the cables and everything is in place so what's the problem do should I throw it away I'm low in money cause of college so any help would be great the model number is cdp-ce415 and it's SonyUpdate:The cd is new no dust no anything it's perfect it also plays perfectly in my ps3 and my other home theater. For all CDs or just one? One CD means the problem is with the CD. All CDs means the player has developed an issue. Something's gone intermittent and without a schematic, it's going to be hard to know what's going bad. Whether repair or replacement, it's going to mean money.
