Also, try different types of underwear as different fabrics are hotter and react to moisture in different ways. Try some moisture wicking performance boxers from under armour.

If you have foreskin on your penis, then you need to roll it and wash it with soap and hot water while showering-(Having an erection and doing it will help)-

If you are circumcised, all I can say is buy new underwear and a sponge, or go to the doctor.
