I have no idea why they wouldn't date you. I have never dated a guy older than me. I was engaged to a guy 12 years younger than me. Even though I broke up with him, we had a great 2 years together. Certain things just didn't work. My husband is 5 years younger than me and we've been married over 13 years. So, I am clueless when it comes to your question. The only thing I can see is possibly you just haven't met the right lady. I was 38 and dating a 21 year old and we had a lot of things in common. The first thing you need is something in common. I did not drink, but I loved to dance and that is where I met several of the younger guys I ended up dating. I always had a sports car, loved the races, enjoyed motorcycles (still do) street and dirt, lifted weights, and I suppose just enjoyed life. I think you get the general idea. My life did not revolve around meeting guys..it just happened and naturally it was someone who was around the things I enjoyed doing. So possibly you will get something helpful from the things I have shared with you about my experiences in meeting younger (not intentionally) guys. I loved being single and had gotten to the place where marriage wasn't even an option any longer..then I met the man I'm married to. He kinda changed all that and I couldn't be happier..and he's younger than me. So don't give up..they're out there and I hope you find an older lady who will appreciate you and who you make some really good memories with.

I think this mostly happens because Women tend to mature quicker than men, so the age gap isn't so much the issue as the maturity-level. But that is not always a good excuse, and older women sometimes fall for younger men. Take Demi and Ashton for example.

Perhaps it's not older women in general you need to be concerned with, but the women you have been involved with.

Just keep looking, and it'll be worth the wait.

There are older women that would love to date younger men. Prior to dating, ask the women do she prefer younger men. This will let you know whether the relationship will move forward. Hang in there.

Well that is not true that all woman will not date younger guys because when I was 24 I dated a guy that was 19. We had a blast lots of fun because he was very inexperienced so I was able to teach him a few things.

Older women DO date younger guys...... if they are interested in the guy.

Maybe they don't want a guy who will fool around with them and then dump them for someone younger. They usually want stability and that's something a much younger guy won't offer them. Younger guys don't offer stability to women their own age, so what makes you think they'd offer it to an older woman? Older women are too smart for young punks.
