He's a foreign and people that are from the region
understand him very well, he understand all the accents.
But some people dont understand when he speaks,
people that are not from the region.
It's like a person living in Texas that is understood
by all Texans but not from a person from Boston
or from California living in Texas.
Why does that happen?
Does the person have to say the truth to them?
You can't understand because it's the Texans
accent and you are not from here, What

This is why I speak to them in parables: "Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand.
It's not only the accent. G.W. Bush just never made a lot of sense at all.
