1990 Nissan d21 2.4l...I replaced the battery, starter, alternator, negative battery cable, fuel pump, checked all the fuses, pulled them out one by one to find the draw and nothing. if I unplug the alternator draw gone. the truck will start on a fully charged battery alternator charging, if I try to restart it, theirs not enough juice to start it.

Sounds like one of the three diodes in the alternator is bad and that will drain the battery. It also means you are not getting over 13.7 volts at the battery at1,500 rpm so you only are getting a surface charge. If the draw is gone when the alternator is disconnected I'd replace the alternator.

I would suggest you take all of your poorly performing vehicles to a reputable auto mechanic, as you see to have a lot of issues and do not seem to do very well trying to repair them yourself.
