This is normal discharge. It changes consistency during sex, and it is the wetness that you feel. It also can dry and become crusty. She doesn't have two different discharges, she has one. This is not a sign of cheating, this is her being normal. If you think she is cheating, then ask her. This has nothing to do with your relationship, she is healthy and free if infections.
