Not a chance as you don't tell me which audio card driver you are looking for!
I suggest going to the sounds option in the control panel and make a note of the make and model number of your sound card and chip then mail me with the info and I'll have a look for you.

i could but i have no clue what sound card you have
2 bits of info to help yourself
right click computer
select properties
look at the right side and select device manager
click yes if asked
look at display adapter using the > this will tell you who's graphics card you have
do the same next to the sound ,video and game controllers
if you wish you can then go online with the info and get updates from the manufacturer web site
example :- NVidia graphics and realtek sound
