When i tested my mic,voice config and sound settings its ok
But when I talk, theres a beep, ot *toot* sound
I dont get it its distracting

a file is corrupt, uninstall messenger, restart your computer, reinstall messenger, this will fix your issue
use yahoo custermercare.
