Yellowish discharge- labor?
I started to lose my mucus plug over 2 weeks ago, I lost the most of it last Friday, and had my bloody show last Saturday. I had lots of bad cramps yesterday, and very extreme nausea. I was 1cm dilated and 80-90% effaced at my dr's appointment on Thursday. I just went to the restroom and when I wiped there was lots of yellowish discharge.. what could that mean?

Your waters are going to break soon or they may have already. The cramps you're having could be either labor pains or braxton hicks which usually happen a few days before labor.
You really need to ask your midwife or doctor for advice, not yahoo, as it could be something more serious and you shouldn't take a chance.

It could be more mucus plug? However, it could also be infection. If you itch or if the discharge smells it would be best to ask a professional. \
You will know when official labour starts.
