so my zune was dead for like 5 months. I tried chargng it all the time but nothing happened. i didnt call zune support cause my wareenty is up and i aint payin to send another one of my zune's to texas. so yesterday i go and i find the box it came in from texas so i go to put it in it but i decide to charge it one last time and it works. but then about 2-3 hours later i go to see how much it is charged and the logo is frozen on the screen and i cant do anything. i have it plugged in the computer and the logo is still on. please help.
