Hp pavilion dv4 battery Error 601?
so i have this cute laptop right and and suddenly my screen freezes completely and then when i start up again my laptop i get this error 601 that i should replace my internal battery, and access a website, start techcenter hp go,soooo.... I go and look for the option to replace my battery and it just tells me there is no page ... HP is with me? cuz im a really good client...
HP did not think to make quality batteries? what am i supposed to do now, spend another thousand dollars on a new one? because if I buy new battery in a few months its going to tell me I need a new one!!
what should i do??? SUE THEM???

Large computer makers like Dell, HP, Gateway, and so on, don't make their own parts. Their parts are put together with different company parts like Western Digital and Seagate.
You can always remove the battery and plug your computer in to the wall.
